Open Roles:

🔹Project Managers – Oversee multi-million dollar commercial & industrial projects. You’ll be the client’s trusted partner from kickoff to closeout.
🔹Estimators & Junior Estimators – Know your numbers? Help us win the right work by delivering accurate and competitive bids using tools like Accubid and Procore.
🔹Superintendents – Lead from the field. Ensure safety, productivity, and quality while driving projects forward every day.
🔹Project Engineers: Collaborate across disciplines to ensure seamless execution of complex designs.
🔹BIM Coordinators: Drive precision through 3D modeling and coordination, enhancing project accuracy and efficiency

Requirements Vary by Role, But You Should Have:

• Experience in Electrical Construction

• Proficiency with industry software (Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft etc.)

• A passion for solving problems, leading teams, and getting things done

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

• Willingness to travel between job sites or relocate (bonus if you’re already in TX!)
