Position Summary
Our organization is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk / Office Coordinator to support daily office operations at our Houston office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, while also supporting internal coordination of office space and administrative needs. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors and new potential clients in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls
  • Direct inquiries to appropriate staff or departments
  • Maintain and organize office supplies; monitor inventory and coordinate restocking
  • Coordinate availability and scheduling of on-site offices
  • Manage and update office availability using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Support general front desk and administrative functions as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Reliable, organized, and professional in appearance and conduct
Preferred Qualifications
  • Spanish language skills (spoken)
  • Experience in a construction, or similar trades-based office environment
Work Environment
  • Office-based role with regular interaction with staff, clients, and visitors
  • Frequent phone, computer, and scheduling coordination duties
