Position Summary

The Pre-Construction Coordinator supports estimating, take-offs, scope analysis, and proposal preparation for electrical construction projects. This role works closely with senior estimators and project leaders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with quantity take-offs and cost analysis.

  • Review project drawings and specifications.

  • Support development of bid packages and proposals.

  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing.

  • Maintain organized documentation and bid records.

  • Assist in value engineering and scope clarification efforts.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Experience in electrical estimating or construction support roles preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

  • Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
