Position Summary

The Project Controls Coordinator supports project performance monitoring through scheduling, cost tracking, reporting, and data analysis. This role ensures projects remain aligned with budgets and timelines while providing leadership with accurate forecasting and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with development and maintenance of project schedules.

  • Track project costs, budgets, and financial performance.

  • Generate reports on project status, forecasts, and key metrics.

  • Support change management and documentation processes.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and field teams to gather data.

  • Maintain organized and accurate project records.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost management preferred.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with scheduling and reporting software.

  • Ability to interpret project data and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
