Position Summary

The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating materials and equipment required for electrical construction projects. This role works closely with project teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and procure electrical materials and equipment.

  • Solicit and evaluate vendor quotations.

  • Issue purchase orders and track deliveries.

  • Coordinate with project teams to align material needs with schedules.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

  • Monitor pricing trends and support cost control initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Experience in construction procurement or supply chain operations preferred.

  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.

  • Understanding of electrical materials and construction processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
