Job Description:

As an Electrical Site Superintendent at Hays Electrical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of electrical projects at construction sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and our skilled electrical team to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide on-site leadership and supervision to electrical construction teams.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on the job site.

· Schedule and coordinate work activities, including subcontractor activities.

· Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.

· Review and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

· Coordinate with project managers to ensure materials and resources are available when needed.

· Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or challenges.

· Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Site Superintendent or a related role in the electrical construction industry.

· Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.

· Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.

· Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Safety-conscious with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

· Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
