Position Overview:
The Electrical Shop Foreman will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Pre-Fab shop.

• Manage the production of electrical assemblies
• Ensure efficient shop operations while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment
• Oversee the installation of electrical components during the production process
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production
• Apply lean principles to streamline processes and reduce waste
