We are currently seeking General Laborers to join our team in Morrow County, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide general construction and site support.
- Assist installation crews with material handling and material distribution.
- Unload, stage, and organize materials throughout the project site.
- Support solar module installation activities.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas through general housekeeping.
- Move tools, materials, and equipment as needed throughout the project.
- Perform other general labor duties to support overall project productivity and success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid OSHA 10 Certification (Preferred)
- Current Electrical License (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Pay Rates
- Helpers: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour
