Position Summary

The Pre-Construction Coordinator supports estimating, take-offs, scope analysis, and proposal preparation for electrical construction projects. This role works closely with senior estimators and project leaders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
Review project drawings and specifications.
Support development of bid packages and proposals.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing.
Maintain organized documentation and bid records.
Assist in value engineering and scope clarification efforts.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

Experience in electrical estimating or construction support roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
